Laura has taught private voice and piano lessons at Levine Music, Arts and Minds Academy, the International School of Music, Baltimore School of Music, and Mike's Music Store in Howard County. She has taken numerous pedagogy courses throughout her education.
She strives to teach healthy production to engage a natural, cohesive sound. Laura uses her skills acquired through previous years of competitive figure skating to assist in understanding the body, breathing, and developing healthy muscle memory through efficient exercises. These fundamentals are applicable in all genres of singing.
Laura began her musical training in piano, studying with Dr. David Gross, Ms. Ileana Shaner, and Dr. Beverly Beren. As a piano teacher, she strives to teach healthy technique through individual understanding.
She is excited to expand her private voice and piano studio!
